Your login information will be emailed to you as soon as you request the account, so you may login immediately; however, it may take up to 2 business days for an administrator to review your prescreen and approve your account. Please complete the prescreen as soon as possible to ensure you are approved. You will need to check your email for specific login instructions. If you have junk mail (spam) filters configured for your email, please configure the filters to accept email from
email@example.com, as emails from the system will often be sent from that address.
You must choose a user ID that is not already in use (you may use your student ID number) and also specify an email address that is not already registered in the system. User IDs may be up to 30 characters in length and contain letters and numbers. To protect your privacy, you will only be identified to researchers with a unique numeric code that the system will assign, not by your name. This form should only be used by participants. Researchers will have their accounts created for them automatically.
You may not participate if you are under 18. However, if you are under 18 AND a UCLA student, you may participate.

The study may take place on the UCLA campus or online (i.e., online surveys you can do at your own computer). Studies typically pay $10 to $20 per hour. You will be paid via your BruinCard (if you are affiliated with UCLA) or via
Amazon.com gift certificates (if you are not affiliated with UCLA).
Your registration with the ABLab is voluntary. If at any time you wish to withdraw from this registry (i.e., remove yourself from being contacted about studies at ABLab), you may do so at the following link:

After your requested removal, all of your registration information will be permanently removed from our database. There will be no other consequences in terms of crediting or payment for withdrawal from the pool.
If you have any questions about ABLab, the research conducted at ABLab, or if you wish to remove your name from our list and stop receiving notifications, contact the Lab Manager at email@example.com.
